Mariann Edgar Budde (/ ˈbʌdi /; née Edgar; born 1959) is an American prelate of the Episcopal Church. She has served as the bishop of Washington since November 2011. She is Washington's first female diocesan bishop. Budde was ordained as a deacon in 1988 and as a priest in 1989.
