Brian Callahan (born June 10, 1984) is an American professional football coach who is the head coach of the Tennessee Titans of the National Football League (NFL). He previously served as the offensive coordinator for the Cincinnati Bengals from 2019 to 2023.

Brian Callahan was hired by the Titans as the 20th head coach in franchise history on Jan. 24, 2024. Callahan arrived in Tennessee with 18 total years of coaching experience and 14 years of NFL coaching experience, including the previous five seasons (2019-23) as the offensive coordinator for the Cincinnati Bengals.
