curious as to why my seeding is uploading so slow

ISPs that throttle/interfere with BitTorrent
Jan 3, 2006 · Yeah I am using TEKSAVVY. They do not throttle. I pay $65 a month ($55 before taxes) in Canada (southern Ontario near Toronto) and I basically use my internet for everything so it works out great. Never had a problem. I get 3MBPS download and 125KBPS upload consistently and those are the minimums.
