Idk how i feel about this. Didnt feel like star firepower was our problem last year. Replacing guentzel with stamkos when our defence is still in shambles doesnt really feel great. Guentzel is a great player and will be amazing no doubt i just cant get excited about losing stamkos while not getting better in the areas we desperately need

Hearing Seth Jarvis on a podcast talking about Geuntzal joking with him about how much the Canes will have to pay him next year- go for it Jake, but sadly you’re just not a Penguin anymore. Someone will pay him the money he deserves but the Pens don’t have it.
