Tulsa police are searching for a man who ran from a traffic stop near West 51st and Waco and fired shots at police Thursday afternoon.

Video shows a large crowd throwing snowballs and hanging off of moving cars. After police arrived, TPD says "ice projectiles" were thrown at officers. One man was arrested.
