B-Fab made her SmackDown in-ring debut in a triple-threat match for the Women’s United States Championship, losing to Bayley. Despite her defeat, she thanked fans on social media, viewing the match as a beginning.

WWE will showcase a lot more of these first round three-ways on TV in coming weeks, so the format could get a little stale come the last couple. This was a promising start for the tournament though. Michael Cole and Corey Graves did well to put across how important being the first titleholder could be too.

The road to crowning the inaugural WWE Women’s United States Champion will begin on the November 15 episode of WWE SmackDown. In a tweet, SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis announced that the tournament would begin with a first-round match where Candice LeRae would face Bayley and B-Fab.
