Mike Vrabel has found his defensive coordinator, as Lions assistant Terrell Williams reportedly is set to join the Patriots' coaching staff.
There have been questions regarding the structure in place for the Patriots with personnel decisions. Executive vice president of player personnel Eliot Wolf is still with the team, and Vrabel is also reportedly bringing in former Tennessee Titans interim general manager Ryan Cowden.
