The rumor mill says the Cincinnati Bengals are close to finalizing extensions with Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins. That possible outcome isn't all that shocking after months of public campaigning from Joe Burrow and the fact the team doesn't really have any other big upcoming contracts after years of so-so drafting.

Joe Burrow has repeatedly stressed the importance of the Bengals re-signing both Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins, and it appears Cincinnati's quarterback will get his wish sooner rather than later.  The Bengals have made significant progress on massive contract extensions for both wideouts,
