There is no secret handshake or under-the-table deal between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Aaron Rodgers, according to NFL insider Peter Schrager. Schrager detailed the entire process between Rodgers and the Steelers, saying Rodgers has been truthful and upfront with both teams about his issues and why he would not decide for a while.

Throughout the offseason, he has flown to visit the Steelers in Pittsburgh and has also had a private throwing session with star wide receiver DK Metcalf. He has shown plenty of interest, but he has not been willing to commit by signing a contract.

The Pittsburgh Steelers are still waiting on former Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers's decision on if he will play for them this season.
