America is open for business. That’s what former President Donald Trump will tell foreign companies during a campaign speech in Georgia later Tuesday, proposing a “deal” that they can’t refuse so they can set up shop on US shores.

Donald Trump on Tuesday offered a series of incentives to encourage foreign companies to relocate to the United States if he wins the Nov. 5 election and pledged to create special manufacturing zones on federal lands.

Trump teased the plan earlier this month when he proposed a cut to the corporate tax rate from 21 percent to 15 percent, but only for companies that produce in the US.

Trump is expected to deliver a speech where he will discuss plans to stop U.S. businesses from outsourcing jobs.
