The NHL announced two outdoor games for the Sunshine State, starting with the Winter Classic on Jan. 2 in Miami featuring the Florida Panthers and New York Rangers, then the Stadium Series on Feb. 1 in Tampa Bay,

Traveling northwest to Tampa Bay, the Lightning will play in their second Stadium Series contest in franchise history after defeating the Nashville Predators in 2022 at Nissan Stadium, home of the NFL’s Tennessee Titans. Like their in-state counterpart, it’ll be the first time the Lightning have hosted an outdoor event in franchise history.

The Panthers will play host to the Rangers​ at loanDepot Park in Miami -- home of baseball's Marlins -- on Jan. 2, 2026, the NHL said Wednesday.

Classic will feature the Panthers against the Rangers at the Miami Marlins' home park and the Stadium Series game will be played between the Lightning and Bruins at the home of the NFL's Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
