Trajan Langdon, the Detroit Pistons' first-year president of basketball operations, finished third in the Executive of the Year race.

Sam Presti of the Oklahoma City Thunder won the award and the Cleveland Cavaliers' Koby Altman finished second.

Jalen Brunson was the hero in Game 6 as he scored a game-high 40 points – including the eventual game-winner – to lead the New York Knicks to a 116-113 win over the Detroit Pistons to advance to the second round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

The Detroit Pistons will play their biggest home game since 2008 when they host the New York Knicks in Game 6 of the first round of the NBA Eastern Conference playoffs. Tip-off is set for 7:30 p.m. ET on Thursday. Detroit has not won a home playoff game or a postseason series in 17 years.

The Knicks have traded off performing well offensively and not. They have scored 94 or fewer points in both playoff games after tallying 100 or more points the game prior. Having put up 103 in Game 5, New York is primed to disappoint. It was just 6-8 ATS as a road underdog as well.
