Tumamoc hill is the hill next to "A" mountain and is one that is for pedestrians only. Since I cannot include a link, a search of Tumamoc hill in Tucson will get you instrctions on how to get to the entrance. You might also consider Picacho Peak. It is a short but fun hike with cables to pull yourself up the steeper parts, and the view is incredible.
